27 International th Harmonica Festival
“(Oh), THIS HARMONICA”

ONLINE PROGRAMME OF THE FESTIVAL
Mokronog, 29 October 2026

You are cordially invited to participate in the online programme of the 27. International Harmonica Festival “(Oh), THIS HARMONICA”.

The online festival will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, to mark the anniversary of Stane Peček (1937–2022), the festival’s founding father and Honorary Resident of the Municipality of Mokronog–Trebelno.

The submitted videos will be compiled into an online concert. The concert programme will be curated by the festival’s programme committee.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

Participants (soloists or groups) must submit the application form and one (1)
video recording of their performance no later than Wednesday, 8 July 2026.
The application materials must be submitted electronically to the Trebnje
Branch Office of the Public Fund for Cultural Activities of the Republic of
Slovenia.

Video format requirements:

–  The video recording must not exceed three (3) minutes in length.
–  Recommended video quality: at least Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels).
–  The video must be submitted in landscape orientation and in MP4 format
(.mp4).
–  The video must be recorded in a single continuous take and may not be
edited in any way.
–  The footage must be stable. The performers should be well lit. The
recording must have clear audio, free from distracting background noise.

INFORMATION REQUIRED IN THE APPLICATION FORM

–  The full name of the harmonica player or, in the case of an ensemble, the name of the ensemble and its leader
–  The title of the song or composition and the name(s) of the composer(s) and/or arranger(s),
–  The contact details of the contact person (postal address, email address and telephone number),
–  The full names of the other ensemble members and the instruments they play (for ensembles only),
–  A brief description of the performer or ensemble (maximum 10 lines).

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided regarding the
authorship of the musical works.

Performers grant permission for the public use of their video recordings.

The organizer undertakes to produce a highquality compilation video featuring all
participants.

All participants will receive certificates of participation.
